Q: I have an event approaching and need custom shirts. Can you do that?

A: YES! We can print custom apparel for any event or occasion. We also offer custom names & numbers for sports teams. There are endless options and we can help you figure out the best solution. Please refer to our CUSTOM ORDERS page for all relevant information.

 

Q: What’s the best way to wash and dry your clothes?

A: Our designs are printed with a permanent water-based tshirt ink. You may experience a slight fade after the initial wash. We suggest cold water and inside out to help preserve the quality of the design over time. Hang drying is the best option, but drying on the LOW setting is also great.

 

Q: I like one of your unisex shirt designs, but I don’t see it available as a women’s shirt, sweatshirt, or onesie. Do you take special requests?

A: Yes, we will do our best to accommodate you with any printing requests you may have. Contact us and let us know what you're thinking.

 

Q: Do you sell wholesale to retailers?

A: Yes we do. We can also customize wholesale orders so that the items are unique for your shop. Contact us for more information.

 

Q: What type of ink is used for the shirt printing?

A: We print all of our designs with permanent water-based ink. It is smooth to the touch, unlike plastic-based apparel inks. 

 

SHIPPING INFO

Domestic: Any domestic order under $50 will be charged a flat $5 shipping fee. Any domestic order of $50 or more ships for free! We ship with the United States Postal Service. Single shirts ship USPS First Class and should arrive within 5 business days after shipment. Sweatshirts and orders of 2+ shirts ship out with USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 3 business days after shipment. Our shirts are made to order and they usually ship out within 48 hours with tracking.

International: We have found that the most secure way to ship internationally is USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Unfortunately, international shipping rates are expensive. Orders under $50 will be charged a $25USD shipping fee. Orders of $50 or more ship for $45USD.

 

EXCHANGES

Unworn / unwashed items may be exchanged for another item using the following instructions. Please contact us for the return address through our Contact Form.

In your return package, please include a note with the following information:

1) The order number, or the name or email address of the purchaser.

2) What items & sizes (don't forget to say whether you want men's or women's sizes) you want in exchange. You may also exchange for a different design. Shirts are exchanged shirt for shirt (hoodie for hoodie, etc), no matter what you paid for them and how much they are on the website now.

3) The address you would like your new shirts shipped to.

4) Exchange re-shipping fees are as follows: Domestic is $5.00 no matter how many items you are returning. You can send payment via PayPal or money order payable to “RadCakes”. Failure to send exchange fee payment may delay your return. Checks and money orders in US Dollars only please.

RETURNS

Unworn / unwashed items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds. Refund will go back onto the credit card or into the Paypal account that placed the order. If you want to send a return, please Contact us for the return shipping address.

Please mail unworn / unwashed items and include a note with the following information:

1) The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.

2) Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”
